  • What I provide:

    I provide media content across many formats, mainly that of Live-Streamed video, whilst hoping to appeal to entertain a general audience, I primarily put first the positive and inclusive atmosphere that all can feel safe in.

    This is a supportive and encouraging environment, where we can connect and thrive, whilst standing up for the rights of all people.

    We don’t stand harassment, discrimination, bullying or any form of toxicity. We speak up, and we act.

    I additionally provide a completely free of charge inclusive safe space in my digital messages (DM’s), where one is welcome to vent or come to for potential assistance. Please note that I am not a professional, nor am I trained in any way. I am, however, open to researching and providing my advice from personal lived experience and a reflection of research material. Please note that as these services are purely out of personal experience, that I’m not equipped for complex mental health or urgent needs, and I’d strongly recommend contacting lifeline on 13 11 14.

  • How I uphold this:

    I have a loyal team of moderators who help me create a safe environment for all individuals who interact with my content, whilst regulating it myself to maintain that it sticks with our values of positivity, inclusivity and safety.

    We take action against the individuals who seek to disturb our values and seek to hurt others. We will take according action however we can to prevent hurt, but also understand that due to the nature of the internet, that we cannot control the contents of what people say, and how one responds to such.

    However, we can and will step in, wherever we can, before such escalates, and offer a caring hand of support for the individuals affected. Please note that any sort of misconduct on any of my platforms may result in consequences, such as termination of services.

    Please additionally note that your privacy matters, and your personal experience, views and values, as well as your messages and contacts (where not publicly available) will not be shared without your express consent. Please note that I don’t affiliate with third-party collection of your data that other companies and sources might, thus, I am not responsible for any breaches that occur via data transfer that I don’t participate in.

  • How we can best improve:

    Provided below is a link to our form where any questions, feedback, queries or even breakages of the Service Guarantee can be reported.

    We see that improvement is best achieved by seeing your perspective too, and that is why every response in the form will be looked into seriously, and respected appropriately. We do ask that you treat the form in a similar manner, so we can best improve our service delivery.

    In terms of other improvements, I strive to be up-to-date with the world, and self-educate myself as much as I can, undertaking research to keep holding up the values that I see myself align to.

    I have personally only lived my experience, and is impossible to know how another’s experience is, but the best we can do is to research, and ask questions, so we can best implement strategies!

    I am always open for further education, and want to assure positive engagement where possible.
